Meeting Real Needs in Douala
VICMEF was founded in 2002 to meet the health needs of the local population in Mambanda, Douala. What began as a response to a clear community need has grown into a trusted medical foundation, coordinated by experienced health professionals and built on collaboration.
Over the years, VICMEF has worked closely with government health authorities and non-governmental organizations to extend quality care and health education to the community. As part of our commitment to strengthening healthcare from the ground up, VICMEF trains community nurses and welcomes student interns from other institutions for hands-on clinical experience.
